Residential Waste and Recycling
Proposals are being solicited for the purpose of contracting for various components of
the City of Dearborn Waste and Recycling Services including waste collection and disposal, single
stream recycling and processing, yard waste collection and composting, provision of waste and
recycling curb-carts and provision of a recycling participation incentive system. The contract(s) to be
awarded shall be for a term of 7 years with two (2), 5-year options to renew.
This solicitation, along with all attachments and Addenda may be downloaded from the Michigan
Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) website at www.mitn.info.
Proposals must be time stamped by the Purchasing Division by the exact date and time indicated
above. Late proposals will not be accepted.
