Residential Waste Recycling Franchise
Mandatory pre-bid meeting 05/19/2010.
The Town is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified offerors for the purpose of contracting for a residential waste and recycling collection franchise including provision of recycling containers and a recycling participation incentive system. The contract(s) to be awarded shall be for a term of 5 years with two (2), 5-year options to renew.
