Residential Sex Offender Treatment Services
The Dallas County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (hereafter called CSCD), a political entity of the
Judicial District, is seeking vendors to provide residential services to individuals court ordered into a managed residential setting
as a condition of community supervision. The selected vendor must comply with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 244,
which relates to locating a correctional or rehabilitation facility within the community. Bidder must supply proof of local consent
(certificate of occupancy) to operate such a facility with the response to this RFP. Thereafter, the bidder must maintain said local
consent throughout the term of the ensuing contract. CSCD requires the vendor to comply with all applicable Federal, state, and
local standards necessary to operate a facility like the one described in this RFP.
