Residential Property Rehabilitation Services
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
A. SERVICES:
Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the Community Development and Neighborhood Conservation Department (CDNC) for Property Rehabilitation Services.
Contractors performing work under the Job Order Contracts must hold a valid and current B, B-3, KB-1 or KB-2 Contractors License issued by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform these services. Any subcontractors performing work under the General Contractor must also hold proper licenses issued by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors to perform contracted services. Contractors shall have at least five (5) years experience in residential
Property Rehabilitation Services labor classifications may include, but are not limited to:
Site Grading and Paving
Landscaping and Irrigation [including yard clean-up & tree removal]
General Labor
Carpentry
Drywall Hanging, Taping and Texturing
Painting [including lead-based paint abatement]
Plumbing
Roofing
Electrical
Masonry or Concrete Work
Glazing
Tile Setting
Insulation (Batts or Blown)
HVAC and Refrigeration
Demolition of additions or accessory structures that are unpermitted and cannot meet code
Stucco
Interior / exterior door hanging
Carpet, Vinyl or Wood Flooring Installation
Rainwater Harvesting System Installation
Solar Energy Systems Installation (PV panels, water heaters)
New construction using Structurally Integrated Panels or Insulated Concrete Forms
New construction using natural building materials (straw bale, rammed earth, adobe, etc.)
Other Construction Trades, not specifically mentioned elsewhere
