Residential Placement Services
The Department of Child Services ("DCS") is exploring the possibility of creating a Request for Proposal ("RFP") for the provision of Residential Placement Services by residential treatment services providers ("RTSP") in the state. RTSP is defined as either a child caring institution, group home or private secure facility licensed by DCS. The RTSP facilities will be located in all areas of the State and services foster care and juvenile probation children.
