NO ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for providing interior painting services for U.S. Government-owned and leased residential properties in the areas of: Tel Aviv, Herzeliya Pituach, Herzeliya, and Kfar Shemaryahu
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. The pre-proposal conference will take place on July 17, 2014, at the U. S. Embassy/ GSO Warehouse Annex, located at 9 Galgalai Haplada Street, Herzeliya Pituach, at 14:00 PM.
Submit your proposal, along with 4 (four) identical copies (one marked ‘original' and 3 (three) marked ‘copy') in two sealed envelopes. Both sealed envelopes must be addressed as follows and receive before 12:00 Noon on Thursday, August 7, 2014:

No proposals will be accepted after this time and date.
In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

2. Section B.3 - B.13 - Pricing;
3. Section K, Representations and Certifications; and
other statements of offerors or quoters.
4. Additional information as required in Section L.
