Residential Housing Contract ADTP TRP
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Offiice (NCO 16) intends to solicit and negotiate with a contractor to provide contract 24/7 Residential Housing services for Veterans enrolled in the Addictive Disorder Treatment Program (ADTP) and Trauma Recovery Program (TRP). This service shall include, but is not limited to, the providing of facility within the city limits of Jackson, MS or with twenty (20) miles of the Jackson, MS VA medical center. The contractor shall provide services in a home-like atmosphere for at least twenty-seven (27) veterans where only two (2) veterans reside in a room, balance meals, transportation, and a common area for treatment within the facility.
This RFQ will be issued as an UNRESTRICTED procurement. Solicitation will be posted and available for download on or about August 16, 2014. The resulting contract shall be Firm Fixed Price. A single contract award will be made under the NAICS Code for this requirement is 623220 with a Size Standard is $15.0 Million.
All questions MUST be submitted in writing. Contractors are strongly encouraged to submit questions within ten (10) calendar days after issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP). All responses to questions which may affect offers will be incorporated into a written amendment to the solicitation. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking this web-site for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the proposal period. Offer due date and time for proposals as well as pre-proposal conference details, with technical documentation will be included in the solicitation document. Anticipated period of performance will be October 1, 2014 to September 30, 2015 with four (4) one-year option periods to be renewed at the Government's discretion.
