Residential Energy Efficiency Program
The City is seeking proposals in order to select a provider that will create, implement and administer a residential energy efficiency program that includes a revolving loan fund. Selection will be based on: (1) a scope of work that includes the required program components; (2) demonstrated capacity to carry out the work and track record of success working with neighborhood organizations, and (3) proposed administrative fees (amount to be used for program administration; cost for services to be provided).
