The Tribe has recently been awarded American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds through a Department of Energy, Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) for Residential Energy Audits. The Tribe is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform and conduct energy audits on Tribal member homes within Tulare County. The full Request for Proposals (RFP) is available by calling Claude Larry DeSoto, Jr., Grant Writer at 559.781.4271 or downloading the RFP at www.tulerivertribe-nsn.gov. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the proposal (no faxed or emailed submissions) are due by 5:00 pm., on May 14, 2010.
