Opportunity Description:
The Work includes, but is not limited to subdivision of a parcel of land (subdivision approval has been granted by the appropriate subdivision approving authority); all required permits (including development and building); deep and shallow services; 12 residential duplexes; landscaping and 2 year warranty. The Work, except for the 2 year warranty, shall be entirely completed no later than July 31, 2011.
