Residential Development
The Authority is offering the air space above the Garage to be built on this site for residential development that contributes to the revitalization of the Central Business District and Arts District as a lively, visually exciting, pedestrian-oriented, mixed-use urban environment. The project is intended to attract residents to the central city by responding to the market and offering quality design and construction of rental and/or for-sale housing that appeals to a variety of lifestyles, ages, and income levels. Given the location of the site, the project must serve as a link between the adjacent civic uses in the Arts District and the day-to-day bustle of Central Business District.
