Residential Backwater Valve Installation

Successful contractor will install and/or adjust backwater valves at 9 separate residential homes. Each backwater valve will be installed outside of the residence foundation on an existing side sewer. No work will be completed in the City Right-of-Way. With each backwater valve installation a portion of the side sewer will be replaced in order to assure constant down gradient slope at 1% minimum through the backwater valve to the downstream side sewer segment.
