Resident Project Representation Services
Services involve providing a qualified resident engineer and inspectors for the duration of the project. The personnel would work under the supervision of City project managers and perform technical duties associated with a construction project. These duties would include: observation of asphalt paving, concrete placement, backfill and utility operations; preparation of daily construction and quantity reports; and coordination between the contractor and the City project manager.
