The University requests sealed bids for the Residence Hall Room Painting Project. Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials (i.e., patching, materials, plaster, primer, finish paint, brushes, rollers, etc.) required to paint all student rooms and resident hall floors noted in the schedule.
