Residence Hall Renovation
Renovate a 5 story, 34,000 sf residence hall built in 1980 to meet current life safety codes, new cooling system, new fire suppression system, upgrade fire alarm system and MEP systems to improve energy and water efficiency. Min. LEED Silver. Current project authority is for fire alarm/supression advance planning. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
