Reservations and Manifest System Update
Soliciting proposals from vendors qualified to provide professional technical assistance services to facilitate the acquisition of a Reservations and Manifest System. The successful offeror will perform a system wide Business Process Review, which will constitute Phase I of this two-phase project.
