Reservation System and Educational Resource Web Site
The District (District) is seeking proposals on from qualified website design and development firms to provide professional services in designing,
developing, implementing, and hosting a website that provides education and resources for safe
management of household hazardous waste (HHW) and an interactive reservation system based
on residency that will allow users to schedule an appointment to drop-off HHW at a designated
collection facility. The reservation system shall incorporate a method to verify the user‟s
household address (including multi-family) is located within the boundaries of the Partnership:
Saint Louis County, City of St. Louis, and Jefferson Count
