Research to Advance Comprehensive Exploitation of RF (RACER)
RACER will primarily focus on the RF exploitation challenges as well as related foundational concepts such as advanced imaging and processing. This research investigates evolutionary and revolutionary improvements to RF sensor exploitation algorithms and related processing capabilities. NAICS Code 541715 will be used and include the exception, "Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment", with a size standard of 1,250 employees.RACER shall continue research on RF exploitation challenges using a hardware agnostic radar that can be applied to many different SAR systems.
