State Economic Development (LED), with guidance from the state Innovation Council (LIC), developed this RFP to select a strategic consulting firm for a research and innovation (R&I) asset inventory and strategy project that includes a review of state, federal and private sector R&I asset trends; a comparative analysis of state R&I assets related to target industry sectors with other states; and a prioritized set of actionable recommendations that captures opportunities within these targeted industry sectors.
