Research and Analysis for a Health Insurance Exchange
The State is seeking Contractors to provide research and analysis of the role of the navigator and to educate and build the awareness of citizens and small businesses as to their rights, potential benefits and availability of the forthcoming Health Insurance Exchange. Through the Planning and Establishment Grant for a Health Benefit Exchange, the CSI will conduct activities related to implementation of an Exchange as provided for in the Affordable Care Act.
