Research and Analysis Services to Support Streamlining and Restructuring of the U.S. Probation Office in the Eastern District of Mi
The United States Probation Department for the Eastern District of Michigan is looking to streamline their workflow by analyzing the system from start to finish. They are requiring an outside consultant who can assist the Department in improving its systems for both those who work within the Department as well as for those serviced by the Department.
The services are to ensure deep user insights are foundational to the redesign of the assignment process of the United States Probation Department. The restructuring and streamlining of the department will be done by utilizing human-centered design and change management; allowing the redundancies in our in-houses processes to be eliminated and increasing team development within the department, as a whole.
