Research Report on District Energy in Ontario
The Ontario Power Authority (OPA) is requesting proposals for consulting services from parties interested in preparing a Research Report on District Energy (Research Report) with or without distributed generation. This Research Report should be non-biased and evidence based with no preconception about the conclusions. The purpose of this Research Report is to update the OPAs information and data on district energy. This information will be used to further the OPAs understanding of the value of district energy for use in electricity planning and to advise future procurements and programs.
