Research Assistance Services
The State requests proposals for information technology research and information services. The purpose of this RFP is to establish a multi-vendor statewide contract, from which state agencies and all subdivisions of government can obtain subscription services for information technology research, product evaluations, expert advice, decision models, and other information beneficial for the research, development and implementation of information technology projects and services through state and local government.
