Research & Development - Sources Sought - Dynamically Adapting RF Technologies (DART)
The United States Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama is issuing this sources sought notice for market research only and is not to be considered a request for proposal. A modification to support the Dynamically Adapting RF Technologies (DART) effort is required. It is contemplated that this award will be made on an other than Full and Open competition approach in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The Government intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee modification to Rockwell Collins, under Contract No. W31P4Q-13-C-0223, for this requirement. A synopsis will not be issued in accordance with FAR 5.202 (a) (11). The basic contract was competitively awarded under DARPA BAA 12-64. A Solicitation will not be issued. This sources sought notice does not constitute a formal notice of solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotation) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Submission of any information in response to this sources sought notice is strictly voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred for preparation of responses to this source sought notification or any follow up information request. All responses will be considered. Extraneous materials (brochures, manuals, etc.) will not be considered. Responses to these notices are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
