Western Area Power Administration anticipates issuing a solicitation under a 100% small business set-aside for one Firm-Fixed Price contract award for Rescue Kits based on specifications that will be provided in the solicitation. A nonmanufacturer waiver from SBA has been approved for this solicitation. This synopsis is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code assigned to this project is 316998 with a small business size standard of 500 employees or less.
