Reroof and Repairs

The work consists of demolition of existing shingle roofing materials and deficient wood trim and fascia. Install the specified asphalt shingle roof system and sheet metal flashing materials. New ventilation and attic insulation materials are specified. The base bid includes additional miscellaneous scope of work items.
