Requirements Contract for Networked Digital Multi-Function Devices and Related Services
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a requirements contract with firm pricing for
networked digital multi-function devices on an outright purchase and/or on a cost-per-copy basis. Multifunction
devices are defined as copiers which will copy, network print, network scan, and fax, and which
may include finishing (stapling, stitching, collating, 3-hole punching, folding), all on one device.
