Request for Statements of Qualifications Testing and Special Inspection Services
The University of California, Merced is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from testing and special inspections firms interested in providing such services for the following project: Student Housing Phase 3, Project No. 906262. The project consists of two four-story, Type V-A, 1-hour wood-frame dormitory buildings, totaling approximately 95,000 gross square feet, with office and meeting space at the ground floor of the east building. The estimated construction cost for the entire project is $30,250,000, with a construction period of 17 months.
