Request for Statement of Qualifications Rail Yard Video Surveillance & Security Management System
The ASPA is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) for the design and construction
of an Intelligent Video Surveillance System (IVS) consisting of lighting, cameras and
video analytics in the State Main Docks Rail Yard, and for the addition, installation and
integration of a Security Management System (SMS) that will work in concert with this
video surveillance system and other existing and future IVS systems throughout the
Alabama State Port Authority (ASPA) facilities.
