Request for Space
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Space must be able to accommodate a stove and fume hood; freezers and refrigerators. Space must also be able to accommodate two industrial sinks and garbage disposals.
The agency is the USDA - the space type is office, though half of the space will be used as a kitchen test area. The remainder of the space is general office space, The sf is approx 3200 usf. Agency has 3 gov cars.
