Request for Site Master Plan and Marketing Services
The City desires to enter into a contract for the production of a master plan for economic development of a site for data center and technology-related light industry. The selected organization will be asked to develop a comprehensive master plan which will include identifying target markets and key themes, selecting appropriate advertising media and developing a brand identity. The selected organization will be expected to work very closely with the City of Kearney and the Nebraska Department of Economic Development Resource Team. The plan should include research which will provide research regarding the target audience, and a media plan which, when implemented, will allow the City to effectively reach companies who are likely to be interested in utilizing the proposed site. The City solicits proposals from results-oriented companies with high quality experience and national recognition that have a record of success in developing marketing and communication plans for data centers and technology-related light industry.
