The Oklahoma City Industrial and Cultural Facilities Trust (the "Trust") requests proposals from qualified redevelopers for the purchase and redevelopment of the portion of the Journal Record Building owned by the Trust (the "Commercial Unit"). The Journal Record Building is a neo-classical historic structure located at the Southwest corner of NW 6th Street and Robinson Avenue in Downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. All proposals must be submitted in writing and will be received at the Offices of the Trust, 105 North Hudson Avenue, Suite 101, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, until the deadline of 9:30 a.m., January 7, 2013.
