Request for Redevelopment Proposals for the John F. Kennedy Urban Renewal Project Area

The Authority invites the submission of formal written proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of various parcels within the boundaries of the John F. Kennedy Urban Renewal Project Area in Oklahoma City. The property offered for redevelopment consists of a substantial number of platted infill lots generally bound on the north by NE 23rd and 13th Streets, on the south by NE 4th and 10th Streets and a segment of the BNSF OK-ARK Railroad right-of-way, and on the east by Martin Luther King Boulevard and Interstate Highway 35. All formal written proposals will be received at the offices of the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority, 105 North Hudson Avenue, Suite 105, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The RFP will remain open until closed by the Authority's Board of Commissioners or Executive Director.
