Operation Four Square
Operation Four Square is proposed to be a multi-day, multi-functional exercise that primarily focuses on hospital responses to a major no notice disasters.
Although hospitals are the primary focus other agencies are highly encouraged to participate (i.e. EMS, OEM, Public Health, other governmental agencies).
There will be a Four Square planning team that will be coordinating the planning and execution of this very large exercise.
The proposed schedule of this exercise is as follows:
- Phase I, to be completed by March 30, 2012. (Planning)
- Phase II, to be completed by April 30, 2012. (Coordination)
- Phase III to be completed by June 1, 2012. (Execution)
- Phase IV, to be completed by June 30, 2012. (Evaluation/Completion)
