Request for Quotes - Printer Equipment Maintenance and Support
The U.S District Court and U.S. Probation & Pretrial Services Office of the Western District of WA is soliciting a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide pricing on toner, parts, preventative maintenance, and repair services for our fleet of (68) Konica Minolta, HP, and Sharp branded multi-functional and large network printers for a one-year period.
Contracted work must be conducted in all (5) of the following cities in Washington State: Seattle, Tacoma, Tukwila, Everett and Vancouver.
A firm fixed price award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
The deadline for submissions is: Monday, August 26, 2019, 3:00pm PST
The U.S District Court and U.S. Probation & Pretrial Services Office of the Western District of WA reserves the right to reject any late submissions.
