Request for Quote - Utility Fee Rate Design

You are hereby invited to submit a proposal with quote to provide a rate design study for street, stormwater and sewer collection fees that ensures rate structures are equitable and understandable; wastewater treatment fees are excluded. The study outcome will be rate structures for each utility fee by customer class, while remaining revenue neutral within the overall revenue requirement for each utility fund.
