Request for Qualifications for the Creation and Implementation of a Geographic Information System for Martin County
Martin County, Minnesota, requests qualifications from qualified firms for professional Geographic
Information System (GIS) products and services including: an option for integrating the existing FSA
imagery, or the assistance in acquiring digital orthophotography; base map development; cadastral
data conversion; miscellaneous jurisdictional and other data layers; internet project reporting and GIS
web site enhancements; tax/CAMA data interface; software; project setup and software training; and
other products and services as listed in the 'Project Products and Services' section of this RFQ.
The County prefers a GIS that uses Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI), software
and data models. The project will be done in multiple phases, which are detailed in the 'Project
Products and Services' section of this RFQ. Only those products and services described in Phase One
are to be addressed by the Respondent at this time.
