On behalf of the County of Champaign, Illinois, the Champaign County Facilities Committee, through the Administrative Services Department, has issued a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ" or "Solicitation") to invite firms to submit their Statement of Qualifications to become eligible for a possible interview for professional services related to facility master planning and detailed facility space programming related to the Sheriff's law enforcement and jail operations and support programs provided to inmates. RFQ 2014-005 is available on the County website at www.co.champaign.il.us/bids or for pickup at the Champaign County Administrative Services Office, 1776 East Washington Street, Urbana, IL.

Statements of qualifications (SOQs) shall be accepted until noon Central Daylight Time on May 2, 2014. SOQs received after noon on May 2, 2014, will not be considered and will be returned to the Respondent unopened.
