The University of Connecticut Health Center (UCHC) is soliciting the services of qualified firms to perform enhanced commissioning services, as defined by LEED NC 2009, for the New Construction and Renovation Project. UCHC is committed to commissioning this facility to verify and document that systems are complete and functioning properly upon occupancy and that the Owner's staff has adequate system documentation and training to sustain and maintain proper function throughout the life of the systems.
