Request for Qualifications for Architectural Services
TFC solicits through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Architectural firms as Prime Professional Service Providers (PPSPs) for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract award. IDIQ contracts will serve as a master agreement with no monetary value. Because of the indefinite nature of the need for services there is no guarantee of project assignment to the firms selected.
