On behalf of the Treasure Island Development Authority (TIDA), the Mayor's Office of Base Reuse and Development (MOBRAD) is soliciting Qualifications Statements (QS) from urban design and planning consultants to assist in the process of creating a Design for Development (D4D) document and the Design Review and Document Approval Procedure (DRDAP) for the proposed redevelopment of Treasure Island.
