The Baldwin County Commission is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified
individuals or firms to provide appraisal services on an as-needed basis. These services would
be provided primarily for potential property purchases for projects related to the Coastal Impact
Assistance Program (CIAP) and the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act (GOMESA).
