Request for Qualifications St. Louis Great Streets Initiative
The East-West Gateway Council of Governments (the Council) is requesting statements of
qualifications from consultants to complete the design work for four demonstration projects
associated with the Councils Great Streets Initiative. Over the past year, the Council, its
consultants, and the sponsoring communities have worked together to develop general concepts for
each of the four demonstration projects. This solicitation encompasses the additional planning,
engineering, and design work necessary to prepare these demonstration projects for implementation.
While the Council is using this one solicitation for all four projects, each project will constitute a
separate study, and each project will be contracted separately. It is possible, therefore, that four
different consultants or consulting teams will be selected as a result of this solicitation.
