Request for Qualifications 12906 Preferred Lenders
The State of Oregon, acting by and through the State Board of Higher Education on behalf of Portland State University (PSU), seeks to establish a list of qualified Preferred Lenders. This Request For Qualifications represents PSUs good faith effort to detail our specifications and requirements for Preferred Lenders that will best meet PSUs needs at the best value to PSU. The criteria as detailed in the attachments will be the sole factors in the overall evaluation of responses to this RFQ. Please see the attached document for more information.
