Pre-submission Conference: Will be held on April 5, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. Local Tucson Time at the Ryan Airfield Administration Building, 9698 W. Ajo Way, Tucson, Arizona 85735. At this conference, TAA staff will discuss the scope of services, the contracting process, and respond to questions about the RFQ. The pre-submission conference will also include an opportunity to visit the site of the proposed services.
SOQs are due: Written SOQs will be received by TAA until Anne Roberts, TAA Contract Administrator, until 2:00 p.m. Local Tucson Time on April 21, 2010, at the TAA Administration Building, 7005 South Plumer Avenue, Tucson, Arizona 85756. [Insert number of copies desired] Six (6) copies of the SOQ shall be required to be addressed and delivered to TAA on or before the day and hour set for receipt. A SOQ may be withdrawn by written request any time before the scheduled time and date for receipt. Any SOQ submitted after the designated date and time will not be accepted or considered.
