Request for Proposals to redesign and restructure agency website
The new website will be a national sales platform, enabling online ordering functionality for customers across Canada (log in system with account management)
-Listing all our products, organized and searchable by country, region, type, price point, maker or name (http://www.liffordwine.com/our_wines/)
-Inventory management and an easy to use back-end system for our employees to update wine information (i.e. changes in vintage, bottle size, case size, price, technical notes and tasting notes, bottle photo and reviews). This system must be integrated with Blue Link ERP to automatically update availability of our wines (http://www.bluelinkerp.com/products/product_tours/sales_order_review/index.asp).
-Highlighting up-to-date reviews of our products
-Price-lists for consumers and licensees (hospitality industry) in various formats
-Highlighting wines currently available in provincial liquor boards (often changing).
-Supporting and promoting our upcoming events (calendar of events, share functions).
-Disseminating our Wine of the Week video on the site, vimeo and Youtube and via a weekly newsletter
- Incorporate the independent sites for our annual events into our main site (Boys’ Night Out (http://www.liffordboysnightout.com/), Ladies’ Night Out (http://liffordladiesnight.com) and the Grand Tasting (no current site, information here: http://www.liffordwine.com/special_events/index.php?id=29)
