Request for Proposals to Perform a Town-Wide Market Analysis
The Town is soliciting proposals for professional services (Consultant) for the creation of a town-wide market analysis. This study should focus primarily on the following industry segments: retail; business and professional services; hospitality and conference services; medical and health care services; student housing/rentals; electronic, communication, Internet and software technology businesses; bio-tech; green technologies and innovations; and other technology business which may be closely related to the strengths and ongoing initiatives at UNH. In addition, emerging growth industries within New England or New Hampshire not currently present in Durham should be identified as future target industries.
