The Parks Department is seeking proposals for the operation of a 15,000 square foot recreation facility owned by the City and located at xxxxx. Nearby public facilities include the City Library and City Mini Park. DPR is open to a variety of proposals for facility use. DPR seeks a partner to operate facility, providing daily public access, recreation and community programs and services.

Proposals Due April 16th, 2012 by 5:00 p.m.
Proposal packets are available beginning at 9:00 AM, March 16, 2012. Interested parties may download the Request For Proposal (RFP) packet on the web by visiting http:lwww.seattle.gov/parks/partnerships/rfp.htm . Packets can be picked up in person at the address below, or you may request a packet be mailed to you. Small businesses, Women and/or Minority Businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
