This Request for Proposals (RFP) is soliciting proposals from eligible applicants for projects that meet U.S. - Mexico Border 2012 Program goals and objectives 2008 Priority Areas. The Border 2012 Program is a bi-national collaborative effort whose mission is to protect
the environmental and public health in the U.S.-Mexico border region consistent with the principals of sustainable development.
