Request for Proposals for Web Site Hosting Services
The Texas Lottery Commission is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain Proposals from qualified Proposers to provide web hosting and support services for the Texas Lottery Commissions web environment as further described in Part 5 of this RFP, including transition services. Pursuant to Section 2.3 of this RFP, prospective Proposers are required to attend one of the mandatory pre-proposal conferences and sign a NDS in order to submit Proposals and participate in this RFP process. The Texas Lottery has a document entitled Current Technical Architecture that contains information on the current web environment which is confidential. In addition, TLC expects that the questions and responses may contain confidential information. Therefore, prospective Proposers are required to attend one of the mandatory pre-proposal conferences and sign a NDS in order to submit a Proposal. Proposers should refer to the Schedule of Events contained in the RFP for important filing deadlines
